Another fantastic evening at Austin's Roosevelt Room! After catching The Peter Hook and the Light show, we decided to top off the night with a perfect nightcap. The Roosevelt Room was the ideal place to unwind; its atmosphere a seamless blend of elegance and charm. Our bartender was absolutely stellar, knowledgeable, engaging, and fun, making the experience all the more memorable. While Roosevelt Room can be on the pricier side, sometimes you just have to treat yourself to the art of a well-crafted drink in a setting this refined. Worth every indulgent sip!

This is a swanky bar! I love the vibe (lounge meets speakeasy), and the drinks are made with an artistic flair and flavor. They have a new section added on, the Eleanor, which is an event space. I was here over a year ago with a friend to have a drink, and I will say, the style and attention to detail is consistently above par. I'm writing this review now because I attended one of their classes on creating cocktails 101. The class was enjoyable and informative. They included three cocktails to try and a small appetizer. "Cheers" to the Roosevelt. Highly recommend.

This is one of those places where I am just like here take my money! Not only is his bar gorgeous but the service was amazing. They made sure to come back frequently so many options. I recommend making reservations. They are usually full to capacity, also come thirsty!

Okay this bar was amazing. It's on the more up scale side, the drink selection for craft cocktails is HUGE. You can't go wrong with any drink you order. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend trying this place out.

Finally got to come by Roosevelt Room and loved the classic, metropolitan vibe which reminded me of the intimate and sophisticated bars in New York. Our waiter was friendly and we got three cocktails which were all really good and balanced. My friend ordered the smoked salt pretzels and potato pancakes which were both extremely salty and small so I didn't think they were worth it. I really liked how cool (temperature) they kept the space because I get hot when I drink. We also checked out the second floor lounge in the back which we learned was more for casual, quick walk ins. I think this is a great place to go for a night out and feel like an escape from Austin (and it's heat).

From their incredibly talented bartenders, to streaming iconic black and white movies such as "Casablanca," this beautifully designed bar is such an amazing experience. The drinks are PHENOMENAL! They have such an extensive menu of modern creations and quintessential cocktails. Each beverage is crafted so meticulously it's like watching a show if you're lucky enough to snag seats at the bar. This is a must if you are a cocktail aficionado!

Found this place on a recent trip to Austin. It's Amazing!!! They have so many drinks to choose from. There's classic cocktails, house creations, cocktails by 'era', etc. Our group of four ordered a variety and I don't recall them all, but everyone really enjoyed all of their drinks. We sat at the bar and both bartenders were so knowledgeable and friendly and chatted with us about everything under the sun. We were there for a while. They have some food items and we tried the potato pancakes and the garlic hummus and well as their goat cheese cheesecake. Everything was delicious. Ambience is great as well- dark with lots of gold accents, very classy. They were projecting a classic Frankenstein movie on one wall. Super cool!

I had an amazing night at The Roosevelt Room. I came on a Friday evening by myself. I was a bit worried about being a solo guest, but I got seated in front of a window, where I could people watch, and my server took really good care of me all throughout. I decided to start off the night with the Pharoah's Dance. I expected the drink to be a lot more fruity but it was packed with spice (in a good way). The flavors of the cocktail were nothing that I'd had before, and I liked that it was a gin based cocktail. I got hungry midway through, so I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon added in. A bit pricey for what it is, but it definitely left me full. The cheese was melted nicely and gave a nice pull. Only suggestion would've been for the cheese to be more evenly distributed. Lastly, I ended my stay with the Clover Club. This one really shined throughout my experience here. You get a bit of that floral and fruity aspect, and the egg white just tops it all off, leaving a lovely light and fluffy texture as you drink. On their menu, they have a category of cocktails called house cocktails and each of them have a presidential cocktail counterpart that uses luxurious spirits (spoiler alert: the presidential versions are expensive). For the cocktails, they categorize them in different eras, which was cool. They also have punch cards that you can ask for and track your progress with. I would've stayed longer and ordered another drink if the grilled cheese didn't leave me feeling so full! The ambiance here is perfect for a solo guest, a date, or a casual hangout with friends. I did walk in and got a seat within 15 minutes, but for a larger group, I'd recommend making a reservation, which seemed easy enough. Next time I am in Austin, I will be making a spot back here again, with my punch card!

Pickled fruit?! So good! Great spot to stop after a Paramount comedy show, just a short walk away. Our server was a delight and he gave us great advice and guidance on the extensive menu. We ordered the Corpse Reviver, the Silver Meadows, and the Tipperary and the pickled fruit to share. The time, attention, and love taken to making each drink is what makes this place stand out from other upscale cocktail bars in this area. Absolutely love the dark, sexy vibe. Reminded me of one of my favorite bars in NYC. We sat at the counter in the front and were able to people watch on a busy Saturday night. Left very impressed overall and will be back!
